目的研究限制每天食用油的摄入量对糖尿病患者血糖和血脂的影响。方法对63例糖尿病患者采用自身对照方法,在接受食用油限量前后检测受试者血糖和血脂等指标。结果限制每天食用油的摄入量后,受试者血糖水平从(7.88±2.32)mmol/L降至(7.02±2.00)mmol/L(P<0.05),血中总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平分别从(5.13±0.93)、(1.33±0.38)和(2.55±0.58)mmol/L降至(4.69±0.89)、(1.20±0.35)和(2.29±0.53)mmol/L(P<0.01),但甘油三酯没有降低。结论限制食用油的摄入量能有效降低血糖和血脂的水平。
Objective To study the effects of daily intake of edible oil on blood glucose and blood lipids in diabetic patients. Methods Sixty-three patients with diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study. Blood glucose, blood lipid and other indicators were measured before and after receiving edible oil. Results After limiting daily intake of edible oil, the blood glucose level decreased from (7.88 ± 2.32) mmol / L to (7.02 ± 2.00) mmol / L (P <0.05), and the total cholesterol (TC) The levels of HDL and LDL decreased from (5.13 ± 0.93), (1.33 ± 0.38) and (2.55 ± 0.58) mmol / L to (4.69 ± 0.89) and (1.20 ± 0.35) And (2.29 ± 0.53) mmol / L (P <0.01), respectively, but triglycerides did not decrease. Conclusion Limiting the intake of edible oil can effectively reduce the level of blood sugar and blood lipid.
