当前我国煤炭行业形势较为严峻,煤炭市场供大于求的结构性矛盾突出,煤炭企业的经济效益出现大幅度的下滑。新形势下煤炭企业要想加快转型升级、提升企业综合竞争实力,必须进一步推进员工队伍素质提升工程建设。本文立足于煤炭企业的工作实践,简要介绍了煤炭企业提升员工素质的主要内容及目标要求,深入分析了当前煤炭企业员工队伍素质建设工程存在的主要问题,研究提出了进一步推进煤炭企业员工队伍素质建设工程的路径和方法。
At present, the situation of the coal industry in our country is rather grim. The structural contradictions in oversupply in the coal market have been prominent. The economic benefits of coal enterprises have dropped dramatically. Under the new situation, in order to speed up the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises and enhance their overall competitiveness, coal enterprises must further promote the quality construction of their workforce. Based on the work practice of coal enterprises, this paper briefly introduces the main contents and target requirements of coal enterprises to improve the quality of employees, deeply analyzes the main problems existing in current quality construction projects of coal enterprises and proposes some suggestions to further promote the quality of staff in coal enterprises The path and method of construction project.
