一个暮气沉沉的企业注定没有未来。企业管理者经常会面对这样一种现象:员工工作流于形式,业绩下滑却又不思进取。这个时候切忌不要去简单地责备员工,而应该返身自问:是不是企业管理本身发生了问题?
A gloomy enterprise is doomed to have no future. Corporate managers often face such a phenomenon: employees work in the form of a decline in performance but do not push forward. This time should not be to simply blame the staff, but should return to ask themselves: is not the problem of enterprise management itself?
