通过对20mm厚AF1410铜母材及电子束焊接接头试样进行中性盐雾腐蚀后进行疲劳试验,得出AF1410钢母材及电子束焊接接头疲劳分散性较小,在高应力(800MPa)以上,母材及焊接接头的疲劳寿命相近,在低应力(676MPa)下,焊接接头的疲劳寿命能达到母材的70%。通过典型试样的断口可以看出母材与焊接接头断裂具有相似的形貌特征,主要以韧性断裂为主,疲劳扩展源区多发生在预腐蚀造成的蚀坑处,有多个疲劳裂纹扩展源,从扩展源向各个方向有明显的射线图案,可以很清楚地看见大量微坑覆盖断面。
