样品经王水溶矿分解,以硫脲和抗坏血酸做为还原剂,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定稀散元素矿石中的砷、锑。在优化的实验条件下,As、Sb的浓度与荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数分别为1.000和0.9999。本方法 As的检出限为0.10μg/g,Sb的检出限为0.05μg/g,精密度(RSD)低于3%。
The samples were decomposed by aqua regia, thiourea and ascorbic acid were used as reductant, and arsenic and antimony were determined by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Under optimized experimental conditions, the concentrations of As and Sb showed a linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity, with correlation coefficients of 1.000 and 0.9999, respectively. The detection limit of As in this method is 0.10μg / g, the detection limit of Sb is 0.05μg / g and the precision (RSD) is less than 3%.
