目的:建立中成药铅残留量的浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。方法:样品经预消化,再以非离子表面活性剂浊点萃取富集消化液中的铅,石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅含量。结果:检出限可达0.01 ng/ml;相对标准偏差为3.7%;加标回收率92.7%~109.2%;线性范围为0~50 ng/ml(r2=0.9999)。结论:采用浊点萃取可明显提高石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅的灵敏度、准确性、重复性和抗干扰能力。
Objective: To establish a cloud point extraction-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of lead residues in Chinese patent medicines. Methods: The sample was pre-digested, and then the lead in the digestive solution was enriched by non-ionic surfactant cloud point extraction. The lead content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The detection limit was up to 0.01 ng/ml; the relative standard deviation was 3.7%; the recoveries were 92.7% to 109.2%; the linear range was 0 to 50 ng/ml (r2=0.9999). Conclusion: The use of cloud point extraction can significantly improve the sensitivity, accuracy, repeatability and anti-jamming ability of lead in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
