放线菌A5295发酵液作为激发子具有较强的诱导马铃薯抗晚疫病的能力(69%),为进一步挖掘其诱导抗病潜力,采用马铃薯块茎切片法进一步优化诱导条件,评价诱导抗病效果。结果显示,放线菌A5295在28℃、150r/min条件下培养10d所得的发酵液浓缩2~4倍,诱导处理块茎切片2次,每次诱导1h,间隔4h,第2次诱导处理后36h挑战接种所得诱抗效果最强,可达到95%。优化后的诱导方法为进一步建立激发子诱导马铃薯抗晚疫病的模型提供了理论依据。
The actinomycete A5295 fermentation broth had strong ability of inducing resistance to late blight of potato (69%). To further explore the potential for inducing disease resistance, the potato tuber slicing method was used to further optimize the inducing conditions and evaluate the effect of inducing disease resistance. The results showed that the actinomycete A5295 was fermented at 28 ℃ and 150r / min for 10 days and concentrated 2 ~ 4 times. The tuber slices were induced and treated twice for 1 hour, 4 hours apart and 36 hours after the second induction Challenge vaccination gain the strongest, up to 95%. The optimized induction method provides a theoretical basis for further establishment of a model of inducing potato to resist late blight.
