近年来脑电地形图(BEAM)已在脑肿瘤、脑血管疾病、癫痫等疾病中广泛应用、为探讨BEAM对病毒性脑炎(简称病脑)的诊断价值,我们就60例病毒性脑炎的脑电地形图结果做一总结.1 资料与方法1.1临床资料 本院从1996年1月～1997年9月收治病脑患儿60例.男23例.女37例。年龄1～14岁.其中1～3岁18例.～6岁16例,>6岁26例.60例病脑患儿中.以意识障碍精神异常及惊厥等脑实质弥漫性损害为主者45例.有偏瘫或局限性癫痫等局灶性损害者13例.1.2 方法:应用太阳公司生产的1018型脑电地形图仪,按国际脑电图学会的10～20电极安放系统,置16个电极对每个受检者分别描记数段.每段描记30秒.各选择需要的伪迹少的图像进行置段。打印结果,显示δ、θ、α频段的绝对功率值,直方图及头颅模拟图。控制条件:时间常数0.3秒,增益100μV/5mm.高频滤波60HZ.
