目的:探讨维药榅桲Cydonia Oblanga Miller(COM)对大鼠动、静脉血栓形成的作用及其作用机制。方法:采用FeCl3诱导大鼠颈总动脉血栓形成模型和结扎法所致下腔静脉血栓形成模型考察榅桲提取物的抗血栓作用;以放射免疫法检测血浆中的6-酮-前列环素(6-keto-PGF1a)、血栓烷B2(TXB2)含量。结果:榅桲提取物显著延长FeCl3诱导大鼠颈总动脉血栓形成时间,并显著减轻动脉血栓重量,显著减轻结扎法所致下腔静脉血栓重量,明显降低TXB2含量和增加6-keto-PGF1a的含量。结论:维药COM具有较强的抗大鼠动、静脉血栓形成作用,其抗血栓作用形成的机制与抑制血小板聚集和抑制TXB2合成有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Cydonia Oblanga Miller (COM) on arterial and venous thrombosis in rats and its mechanism. Methods: The model of carotid artery thrombosis was induced by FeCl3 in rats and the model of inferior vena cava thrombosis induced by ligation was used to investigate the anti-thrombotic effect of extract of Dioscorea nipponica. The radioimmunoassay was used to detect 6-keto-prostacyclin 6-keto-PGF1a), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) content. Results: Scallion extract significantly prolonged the time of carotid artery thrombosis induced by FeCl3, significantly reduced the weight of arterial thrombosis, significantly reduced the IVC thrombosis, decreased TXB2 content and increased 6-keto-PGF1a content. Conclusion: Victoria medicine COM has a strong anti-rat arteriovenous thrombosis, and its anti-thrombotic mechanism of formation and inhibition of platelet aggregation and inhibition of TXB2 synthesis.
