既有建筑改造秉承可持续发展理念,将一些未达到设计使用年限的旧建筑进行改造再利用,使其在功能及外观上满足当今社会的需求。本文以“上海市静安区中华商城改造”项目为例剖析改造设计中的难点,从不同途径和角度阐述解决方法和应对策略。
Renovation of existing buildings Adhering to the concept of sustainable development, some old buildings that have not reached the designed useful life will be rebuilt and reused to meet the needs of today’s society in function and appearance. This article takes the project of “Renovation of China Mall in Jing’an District of Shanghai” as an example to analyze the difficulties in the design of transformation and explain the solutions and countermeasures from different perspectives.
