1999年5月,作者对新疆哈巴河铁热克提林牧区鼹形田鼠携带伯氏疏螺旋体作了初步研究。对获得的5只鼹形田鼠,解剖取其肝、脾、肾接种于BSK-Ⅱ培养基培养5组,结果3组在暗视野显微镜下发现螺旋体,经传代纯化其中一组较为典型,菌体出现扭曲翻转、前移后退等独特的运动方式,经Giemsa染色和多克隆抗体鉴别试验,确认为菜姆病伯氏疏螺旋体,初步说明鼹形田鼠可携带莱姆病螺旋体,其保菌作用尚待进一步研究。
In May 1999, the author carried out a preliminary study on carrying Borrelia burgdorferi on the Erigeron field mice in the pasturing area of Khotling, Habashe, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Five emersed field voles were dissected and their liver, spleen and kidney were inoculated into BSK-II medium for culture. Five groups of splenocytes were found under dark-field microscope. One of the three groups was typical, Appear twisting overturn, advancing back and other unique movement mode, the Giemsa staining and polyclonal antibody identification test confirmed as Borrelia burgdorferi, Preliminary description of Echidna can carry Lyme disease spirochetes, the preservative effect remains further research.
