我院急诊科自1994年1月至1995年3月共抢救危重病人184例,其中涉及刑事责任和民事纠纷13例占7.07%。实践告诉我们急诊科护士除具有良好医学技能和业务知识、抢救技能外,还要有高度责任心,特别是识别犯罪意识。现就实例分析说明增强识别犯罪意识的重要性及其意义。典型病例例1女,9岁。查此女孩面部苍白,唇青紫,双侧瞳孔反射消失,颈下部颌与喉结可见约3× In our hospital emergency department from January 1994 to March 1995 a total of 184 cases of critically ill patients were rescued, of which 13 cases involved criminal liability and civil disputes accounted for 7.07%.
