新课标对初中英语教学提出了更高要求,英语教师不但要掌握扎实的英语专业理论,还要拥有长远的教育目标和宽广的课外知识,在英语教学中应重点突出学生的主体地位,变原有的领导者角色为辅助角色,对此,教师要对自己的教学方式和教学手段进行定期反思,以便查漏补缺,及时调整教学模式,推动英语课堂教学质量的提高。本文简单阐述反思性教学本质,结合初中英语教学实际现状,提出初中英语教师在教学实践中如何有效地进行反思性教学。
