The dazzling development of microcomputers (PCs) is mainly due to the fact that its core component, the microprocessor (MPU), is being upgraded at a very fast pace, setting off waves of wave after wave. From 1971 to 1980, microprocessors developed from I4004 and I8080 to I8086, I8088, M6809 and Z-8000. Since 1981, various manufacturers have successively introduced microprocessors such as I80286, I80386, I80486 and I80586 to form the so-called microprocessor The fifth generation of products, PC machines are also named models. Shortly thereafter, the Pentium I and Pentium II microprocessors appeared. In 1998, the Pentium II-300 (450) MHz was named the sixth generation microprocessors. February 17 this year, Intel Corporation first launched in the United States San Jose Pentium III microprocessor to the world over the same period IBM, Compaq, Dell, Gateway, HP, etc.
