本文用俄歇电子能谱仪和电子探针X射线显微分析仪,对GC15钢球在含有不同添加剂的润滑油中的磨损情况进行了表面分析。提供了磨损后表面形貌和元素分布状况的数据;解释了含硫、氮添加剂的润滑油对抗磨性能的影响。
In this paper, Auger electron spectroscopy and electron probe X-ray microanalysis were used to analyze the surface wear of GC15 steel balls in lubricating oil with different additives. Provided data on surface morphology and elemental distribution after wear; and explained the effect of lubricant containing sulfur and nitrogen additives on wear resistance.
