我们用单剂抗菌药物的方法(单剂疗法)治疗尿路感染(以下简称“尿感”)20例,均为女性,中段尿细菌培养均有致病菌生长,大肠杆菌15例,葡萄球菌4例,副大肠杆菌1例。诊断标准:中段尿细菌培养阳性,革兰氏阴性杆菌计数>10~5/ml,革兰氏阳性球菌>10~4/ml,结合临床有膀胱刺激症状和尿常规的检查。20例尿感均符合上述诊断标准。20例“尿感”体温均在38℃以下,无明显的腰部叩痛。

Twenty cases of urine were in line with the above diagnostic criteria. 20 cases of “urine sensation” body temperature were below 38 ℃, no obvious percussion pain in the waist.
