随着我国全面建设小康社会进程的加快,在籍高级船员流失率逐年升高,航海类专业毕业生的就业观念也在发生变化,他们有更广阔的发展空间,高级船员供需比例严重脱节,并呈现加剧恶化之趋势,我国将面临高级船员短缺的严峻局面。本文紧密结合我国航运企业所处环境的变化,分析了高技能海员流失与航运企业激励模式关系,提出了基于高技能海员需求偏好的激励机制,通过加强核心船员的引进、培养、使用和激励,造就一支规模适量、结构优化、创新能力强的高素质船员队伍,为提高我国航运企业核心竞争力,提供人才保障和智力支持。

This paper analyzes the relationship between the loss of highly skilled seafarers and the incentive modes of shipping enterprises, and puts forward the incentive mechanism based on the preference preference of seafarers. By strengthening the introduction, training, using and motivation of the core crew, Create a contingent of highly qualified seafarers of adequate scale, structural optimization and innovation ability, and provide personnel support and intellectual support for enhancing the core competitiveness of shipping enterprises in China.
