胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF) 1在骨重建中起重要作用。许多全身性激素和局部骨生长因子既可直接影响成骨细胞分泌IGF 1 ,又可调节IGF 1功能影响骨重建。随着增龄 ,绝经年限延长 ,血清雌激素、生长激素水平不断下降 ,IGF体系中促骨形成因素含量减少 ,抑制因子活性增加 ,成为骨骼老化 ,骨质疏松发生的启动因子。IGF 1和IGF结合蛋白的水平能衡量骨质疏松的严重性和预测骨质疏松性骨折发生 ,而且IGF 1可以治疗骨质疏松症。
Insulin-like growth factor (IGF) 1 plays an important role in bone remodeling. Many systemic hormones and local bone growth factors can directly affect osteoblasts to secrete IGF 1, but also regulate the function of IGF 1 affect bone remodeling. With age, menopause, prolonged serum estrogen and growth hormone levels continue to decline, the IGF system to reduce bone formation factor content, inhibitory factor activity increased, become a bone aging, osteoporosis occur as a promoter. The level of IGF 1 and IGF binding proteins can measure the severity of osteoporosis and predict the occurrence of osteoporotic fractures, and IGF 1 can treat osteoporosis.
