缺血性脑血管病以发病、死亡、致残率高而极大地危害着人类健康。控制梗死灶的大小是治疗该病的预期目标以及评判治疗方法优劣的重要指标。准确、客观地测定梗死灶部位和大小是影响实验结果的关键问题,而梗死灶的定量分析则是影响实验结论及其可靠程度的核心问题。本文以氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)染色法标记后常用的测量和计算梗死程度的方法为例,对近几年国内外梗死灶定量分析常用方法进行探讨。从TTC用于染色的原理、准备工作、脑梗死体积常用测量计算方法等方面进行系统的归纳总结,以期为研究工作者根据实验目的、实验室条件等选择适当方法,以获得真实可靠的大脑梗死程度提供参考。
Ischemic cerebrovascular disease with the incidence, death, disability rate is highly harmful to human health. Controlling the size of the infarct is an important indicator of the prospective goal of treating the disease and judging the pros and cons of treatment. Accurate and objective determination of the infarct size and location are the key issues affecting the experimental results. The quantitative analysis of the infarct size is the core issue affecting the experimental conclusion and its reliability. In this paper, we used the method of measuring and calculating the degree of infarction after TTC staining as an example to discuss the commonly used methods of quantitative analysis of infarction in China and abroad in recent years. From the principles of TTC for staining, preparation, measurement of commonly used methods of calculating the volume of cerebral infarction and other aspects of systematic summary, in order to study the workers according to the purpose of the experiment, laboratory conditions, select the appropriate method to obtain a real and reliable cerebral infarction Degree for reference.
