目的:建立金菊花露中绿原酸的RP-HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:ODS Phenomenex Gemini C_(18)(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(13:87),流速:1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长:327nm,柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸在0.43~3.46μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.56%。结论:本法简便、可靠、重复性好、可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Golden chrysanthemum by RP-HPLC. Method: Column: ODS Phenomenex Gemini C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (13:87), flow rate: 1.0ml·min~(-1), detection wavelength : 327 nm, column temperature: 30°C. RESULTS: The chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.43 to 3.46 μg. The average recovery was 99.3% and the RSD was 1.56%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
