欠平衡钻井技术具有提高机械钻速、延长钻头寿命、降低井下复杂、及时发现和保护油气层等优点,随着勘探开发的不断深入发展,欠平衡钻井工艺日益倍受各油田公司的青睐。欠平衡钻井设备作为欠平衡钻井工艺的硬件设施,为欠平衡钻井提供了强有力的支持,因此,对欠平衡钻井设备中常见的故障进行分析与解决显得尤为重要,这不仅保障了欠平衡钻井的顺利进行,而且也为在欠平衡钻井中实现良好的HSE管理奠定了一个良好的基础。本文通过结合欠平衡钻井在吐哈区块的的实践,对欠平衡钻井设备常见故障予以分析,并且提出了相应的有效消减措施。
Underbalanced drilling technology has the advantages of increasing penetration rate, extending bit life, reducing downhole complexity, and timely detecting and protecting oil and gas layers. With the continuous deepening of exploration and development, underbalanced drilling technology is increasingly favored by oilfield companies. Underbalanced drilling equipment, as a hardware facility for underbalanced drilling technology, provides strong support for underbalanced drilling. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze and solve common faults in underbalanced drilling equipment, which not only protects underbalanced drilling , But also laid a good foundation for achieving good HSE management in underbalanced drilling. Based on the practice of underbalanced drilling in the Tuha block, this paper analyzes the common failures of underbalanced drilling equipment and puts forward corresponding measures to reduce effectively.
