The eleventh edition of “Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures” published by the United States in 1989 was edited by Winterluck and Nelson of Cornell University. The contents of the eleventh edition refer to the provisions of the 1989 American Concrete Institute (ACI) building code. The design method used also belongs to the limit state design method based on probability theory. The first edition of the book was published in 1923 and has been revised by the current author since the seventh edition.
