本文以天津市体育运动学校12名青少年篮球运动员为研究对象,通过实验得出结论:组合力量训练在少年篮球运动员SJ跳跃各个方面提高远远大于大负荷训练方法。
In this paper, 12 young basketball players in Tianjin Sports School are selected as the research object. The conclusion drawn from the experiment is that the improvement of combined strength training in all aspects of the juvenile basketball player SJ jumping is far more than that of the heavy load training.
