对氩离子激光阻断输精管后大鼠输精管烧灼处的形态学进行了动态观察,发现术后7天之内烧灼处输精管呈凝固性坏死和急性炎症的改变;在术后10~20天,肉芽组织开始部分机化烧灼处管壁,但仍呈松散的颗粒状坏死状态,非常薄弱;术后30天时,肉芽组织已基本上完全机化了坏死管壁及炎性渗出物并管腔阻断,此时已达到了绝育目的;在术后40~50天,肉芽组织开始老化,强度明显加大。故我们认为术后30天左右为临床绝育时间,40~50天为临床最适宜同居开始时间。为氩离子激光阻断输精管技术应用于临床提供了形态学方面的理论依据
