胡凌是上海市继光中学的语文教师。她跨出大学校门才任教3年,教学上却成绩蜚然。自前年在虹口区青年教师大奖赛初露头角,获一等奖后,去年又作为上海代表参加在天津举办的“全国省会城市、直辖市青年语文教师课堂教学大奖赛”上一路闯关折桂,再获一等奖佳绩。最近,记者闻讯前往该校,特地造访了这位初出茅庐的女教师。
