通过对原张力自动平衡首绳悬挂结构的革新,用抽拉扣环连接方式组成的箱式结构及简单的连接板替代原来的平行厚板结构及换向叉。该设计可以减少加工件,降低加工工艺的复杂度,减少加工工序,降低产品重量,提高单架装置的生产及使用效率,降低产品生产及维护成本,提高产品的安全性能。
Through the original tension automatically balance the first rope suspension structure innovation, with the pull-buckle ring connection consisting of box-type structure and simple connecting plate to replace the original parallel plate structure and the fork. The design can reduce the processing parts, reduce the complexity of the processing technology, reduce the processing steps, reduce the weight of the products, improve the production and use efficiency of the single-unit device, reduce the production and maintenance costs of the products, and improve the safety performance of the products.
