随着旅游业的迅猛发展,旅游市场的竞争也越来越激烈。在现今的市场竞争条件下,旅游景区要想获得稳定的规模化的客流量,就必须完善景区的基础设施和服务质量等,以此来提高游客的满意度.游客满意度是旅游目的地能否成功营销的关键性因素,它直接影响游客对旅游目的地、旅游产品和服务质量的选择与决定。本文以桃花坞历史文化片区作为研究点,首先回顾总结了相关的概念以及各界学者对于游客满意度的研究,其次阐述了桃花坞历史文化片区的基本概况,在以此基础上,设计调查问卷,研究游客对于桃花坞历史文化片区的满意度。最后,根据调研数据,进行分析比较,得出桃花坞历史文化片区目前存在的问题,以及为解决这些问题而提出的整改措施与建议。

Finally, according to the survey data, the author analyzes and compares the existing problems in Taohuawu historical and cultural area, as well as the corrective measures and suggestions put forward to solve these problems.
