本文通过理论分析得出不锈钢波纹管中超声导波的近似频散方程,利disperse软件对方程,建立L(0,2)模态超声导波对不锈钢波纹管进行检测。利用压电陶瓷晶片和电磁声换能器激励接收L(0,2)模态导波可以识别不锈钢波纹管中的裂纹缺陷。
In this paper, the approximate dispersion equation of ultrasonic guided wave in stainless steel corrugated pipe is obtained through theoretical analysis, and the equation of Lixiee software is established to establish L (0,2) mode ultrasonic guided wave to detect the stainless steel corrugated pipe. The use of piezoelectric ceramic wafers and electromagnetic-acoustic transducers to receive L (0,2) mode guided excitation can identify crack defects in stainless steel bellows.
