To provide a comprehensive and objective assessment of the dose control of radiotherapy in Shandong Province and to improve the reliability and comparability of radiotherapy dose control throughout the province. Sub-standard dosimetry from the Shandong Provincial Health and Epidemic Prevention Station and the Ministry of Health’s Industrial Hygiene Laboratory from 1997 to 1998 In cooperation with the Laboratory (SSDL), a TLD comparison was performed on the output doses of 64 radiation therapy machines from 52 radiation therapy institutions located in 16 prefectures in Shandong Province.
