在我国,教师培训一直以来是高校教师发展的重要途径之一。了解我国高校的教师英语培训现状对于提高高校教师英语能力,改进教师培训现状,最终促进高等教育发展有重要意义。课题组通过问卷实证调查河南省六所高校教师英语培训现状,分析了目前高校教师英语学习需求和动机,并提出了相关对策。这对实现高校教师发展,提高教师素质有重要指导意义。
In our country, teacher training has always been one of the important ways for the development of college teachers. Understanding the status quo of college English teachers training in colleges and universities is of great significance to improving college English ability of teachers, improving the status quo of teacher training and ultimately promoting the development of higher education. Task Force empirically investigated the current situation of English training of teachers in six colleges and universities in Henan Province through questionnaires and analyzed the current needs and motivations of college English teachers and put forward relevant countermeasures. This has important guiding significance for realizing the development of college teachers and improving the quality of teachers.
