大连理工大学2008年出台文件,正式提出中国工程院院士欧进萍教授倡导的“实施精英教育,培养精英人才”的新理念,并颁布了若干配套措施。学校土木水利实验教学中心基于精英教育的理念,结合土木水利工程学科专业的具体特点,逐步构建和完善了多平台、多层次的立体化实验教学体系。实验教学体系的立体化是指从横向上分四个平台(学科前沿实验平台、专业基础实验平台、专业实验平台、创新实验平台),从纵向上分四个层次(引导型、基本型、综合设计型和研究创新型实验)的实验教学体系。中心于2007年和2009年分别评为省级和国家级实验教学示范中心建设单位。该实验教学体系的构建和实施后,教学效果良好,起到了较大的示范效应。
Dalian University of Technology issued a document in 2008, and formally proposed a new concept advocated by Professor Ou Jinping, a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and promulgated a number of complementary measures to “implement elite education and cultivate elite talent.” Based on the concept of elite education and combined with the specific characteristics of civil and hydraulic engineering disciplines, the school’s civil engineering and water conservancy experimental teaching center gradually builds up and completes the multi-platform and multi-level three-dimensional experimental teaching system. Three-dimensional experiment teaching system refers to the horizontal divided into four platforms (cutting-edge experimental platform, professional basic experimental platform, professional experimental platform, innovative experimental platform), divided into four levels from the vertical (guided, basic, integrated Design and research innovative experiment) experimental teaching system. Center in 2007 and 2009 were rated as provincial and national experimental teaching demonstration center construction unit. After the construction and implementation of the experimental teaching system, the teaching effect is good, playing a larger demonstration effect.
