随着社会的发展,科技的进步,医学正逐步发展,医学模式也逐渐转变,医院管理经历科学管理,现已经进入“以人为本,以创新为核心”的文化管理的阶段。本文主要是讨论在改革开放的时代背景中,医院管理进行了一系列的理念、制度以及体制突破。在当前的知识经济下,现代医院管理制度逐渐完善,医院文化也在更新进步。医院文化是支撑医院活动的精神支柱,同时也是新的世纪里各大医院的竞争焦点,是保证医院持续有效发展的手段。
