在研究我国消费品市场波动问题上有几点基本判断必须引起重视:第一,近10年来我国经济发展主要由消费需求拉动,纵观近10年我国经济结构变动轨迹,经济的增长主要依靠机械工业的增长,而机械工业增长的支撑点主要是由消费品工业,从这个意义上讲我国经济增长的轴心经过10年的发展逐步转向消费品工业,这是符合规律的发展。第二,我国经济社会生活从八十年代中期已基本解决了温饱问题,正处在从温饱向小康社会过渡的阶段,在这一阶段,市场的动向对经济发展具有决定性的影响。
