笔者分析了战略性人力资源管理的内涵与主要形式,根据我国在企业培训中面临的困境,提出了战略性人力资源管理下企业培训的建议:一是战略性人力资源管理下培训内容要做到随机应变;二是员工培训需要与企业战略目标契合;三是进行培训要借助有效的手段。
The author analyzes the connotation and the main forms of strategic human resource management. According to the predicament that our country faces in enterprise training, this paper puts forward the suggestion of enterprise human resource management under strategic training. The first is the training content under strategic human resource management The second is staff training needs and business strategic objectives fit; Third, training to take effective means.
