目的：探讨自拟健脾补肾温阳利水中药汤剂治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法收集慢性肾炎蛋白尿72例患者资料，将患者随机分为对照组35例与观察组37例。对照组患者采用黄葵胶囊治疗，观察组患者采用自拟中药汤剂健脾补肾温阳利水方治疗。结果经治疗后，对照组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、血肌酐（Scr）、血清尿素氮（BUN）、血清清蛋白（ALB）、24 h尿蛋白定量及尿红细胞水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、Scr、BUN、ALB、24 h尿蛋白定量及尿红细胞水平波动较大，且观察组均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；同时治疗过程中均无不良反应发生。结论自拟中药汤剂健脾补肾、温阳利水方治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效明显，且安全性高。“,”Objective To investigate the self-made Decoction spleen and kidney,the clinical efficacy of chronic glomerulonephritis yang and Water Treatment.Methods We selected 72 cases of patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria,35 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 37 cases.The control group was treated with Huangkui capsule treatment,the observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating the spleen and kidney,warming yang to promote diuresis treatment.Results After treatment,compared with control groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,Scr,BUN,ALB,24 h urine protein and urine red blood cel levels,the difference was not statistical y significant(P>0.05);observation group before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral,Scr,BUN,ALB,24 h urine protein and urine red blood cel levels fluctuated,and the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05); at the same time in the course of treatment had no adverse reaction.Conclusion Self-made Decoction spleen and kidney,yang and Water Treatment clinical y significant effect of chronic glomerulonephritis,and safe.
