目的探讨不缺硒、高脂膳食情况下,进一步补充硒对血脂水平、血浆氧化应激和脂质过氧化的影响。方法40只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、单纯高脂饲料(HFD)组,高脂饲料加硒(HFD+Se+)组和高脂饲料加高硒(HFD+Se++)组。对照组、HFD、HFD+Se+和HFD+Se++组饲料中硒含量为0.3 mg/kg、0.3 mg/kg、0.6 mg/kg和1.2 mg/kg。16周后处死大鼠,测定血浆硒浓度、血脂水平(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、氧化应激和脂质过氧化水平(GPx、SOD、MDA)。结果高脂喂养的大鼠体重和腹腔脂肪系数高于对照组(P﹤0.01),高脂喂养导致大鼠脂代谢异常和抗氧化能力受损。补硒进一步升高血硒水平,HFD+Se++组大鼠血硒水平高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。饲料硒含量不同的3组高脂喂养大鼠之间的血脂水平、血浆GPx活性无显著差异,但HFD+Se+和HFD+Se++组大鼠的血浆MDA含量低于HFD组(P﹤0.05)。结论硒不缺乏情况下进一步补硒不能改善高脂喂养所致的脂代谢异常,但部分降低了脂质过氧化。
Objective To investigate the effects of selenium supplementation on blood lipid levels, plasma oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation in the absence of selenium and high fat diet. Methods Forty male rats were randomly divided into control group, HFD group, HFD + Se + group and HFD + Se ++ group. The selenium contents in the control, HFD, HFD + Se + and HFD + Se ++ diets were 0.3 mg / kg, 0.3 mg / kg, 0.6 mg / kg and 1.2 mg / kg, respectively. After 16 weeks, the rats were killed and plasma selenium levels, blood lipid levels (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C), oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation (GPx, SOD, MDA) were measured. Results Body weight and celiac fat percentage of rats fed with high fat diet were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.01). High fat diet resulted in impaired lipid metabolism and antioxidant capacity in rats. Selenium supplementation further increased blood selenium levels, selenium levels in HFD + Se ++ group were higher than those in control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in plasma GPx activity between the three groups of high fat diet rats with different dietary selenium levels, but the levels of plasma MDA in HFD + Se + and HFD + Se ++ groups were lower than those in HFD group (P <0.05). Conclusions Selenium supplementation can not ameliorate dyslipidemia induced by high fat diet, but partially reduce lipid peroxidation.
