我国哪个地区现代化水平最高?中国现代化战略研究课题组目前的研究表明,如果从以工业化和城市化为主要特征的第一次现代化实现程度上看,上海超越北京位居全国第一;以知识化、信息化为主要特征的第二次现代化实现程度上,北京则打了个“翻身仗”,抢占了第一把交椅。 专家指出,我国地区现代化进程具有阶段性,目前处于两次现代化并进的阶段。我国内地31个地区中,2000年第一次现代化水平前5名分别是上海、北京、天津、辽宁、江苏,北京和上海的差距仅为3个百分点;第二次现代化水平前5名分别是北京、上海、天津、辽宁、陕西,上海和北京的差距则为8个百分点。
