随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,社会对餐饮业的管理水平提出了更高的要求。本文从旅游饭店餐饮管理中的实际问题出发,结合马斯洛需求理论,做出相应分析并提出解决对策。引言:改革开放以来,国家经济得到稳定的增长,餐饮业也得到长足发展的契机。人们生活质量和生活水平的提高,也就对餐饮业提出了更高的要求,发现并解决管理中的问题,已成为餐饮在求生存,经济发展中保增长,适应时代的需求的关键环节。一、马斯洛需求理论简述
With the development of society, the improvement of people’s living standard, the society puts forward higher requirements on the management level of the restaurant industry. Based on the actual problems in catering management of tourist hotels, this article combined with Maslow’s demand theory to make the corresponding analysis and propose solutions. Introduction: Since the reform and opening up, the national economy has been steadily growing, and the catering industry has also been given a chance of rapid development. People’s quality of life and improvement of living standard also put higher demands on the restaurant industry. Finding out and solving the problems in management has become a key link in the demand for food and beverage in the fields of survival, economic growth and social security. A, Maslow demand theory
