自从教始,一直奉行“给学生一个好心,不给学生一个好脸”的教育观念,起初取得了一定的教育效果。但随着社会的进步,教育的发展,人们的思想观念的转变,教师在学生面前仍然一副严肃的面孔,师道尊严,高高在上,已不能适应教育发展的需要。给学生一个好心,更给学生一个好脸,“好心”首先反映在“好脸”上。有了“好脸”学生容易和教师沟通、交心,真正体会到好心。一次上课,一位学生和同座窃窃私语,无视我的存在。在过去,我肯定先通过视线暗示,而后警告,最后亲密“接触”。可能有两种情况发生,一是学生和教师顶撞,僵持不下,闹得教师下不了台。二是暂时把学生“管”住了,但师生 Since the beginning of teaching, we have been pursuing the educational concept of “giving students a good heart and not giving students a good face”.
