为了探明氮肥施用量对烤烟不同叶位烟叶糖含量的影响,采用2个氮肥处理,对不同叶位烟叶的总糖含量和还原糖进行测定。结果表明,A(97.5 kg/hm2)、B(112.5 kg/hm2)2个处理的总糖和还原糖含量都随着叶位降低呈现先升高后降低的趋势;从上二棚到腰叶,2个处理总糖和还原糖含量随着叶位的降低而显著升高,之后随着叶位的降低而显著降低。A、B 2个处理的两糖差则随着叶位降低先降低后升高,以上部叶最高,下部叶次之,中部叶最低。A处理不同叶位的总糖、还原糖含量和两糖差多高于B处理相同叶位的。由此可见,施氮量的增加在一定程度上降低了不同叶位烟叶总糖、还原糖含量和减小了两糖差。
In order to find out the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the sugar content of leaf tobacco at different leaf positions, two nitrogen fertilizers were applied to determine the total sugar content and reducing sugar in different leaf positions. The results showed that the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in two treatments of A (97.5 kg / hm2) and B (112.5 kg / hm2) increased firstly and then decreased with leaf position decreasing. The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar of two treatments increased significantly with the decrease of leaf position and then decreased significantly with the decrease of leaf position. The difference between the two sugar treatments of A and B treatments decreased first and then increased with the decrease of leaf position, and was highest in the upper leaves, followed by the lower leaves and lowest in the middle leaves. A treatment of different leaf positions of total sugar, reducing sugar content and two sugar is much higher than the B treatment of the same leaf position. Thus, the increase of nitrogen application reduced the total sugar content, reducing sugar content and the difference of two sugar in different leaf positions to a certain extent.
