从基坑开挖边坡的安全系数及基坑降水引起的地面沉降机理出发,结合实例,浅析南通砂土地区基坑开挖、降水对周边环境影响的一些特性。结果表明,建(构)筑物位于土体理论滑动面以外,基坑开挖对建(构)筑物沉降与位移影响较小;基坑降水后,土体的物理力学性质发生了变化,边坡的安全系数实际值大于理论计算值。可为今后地区基坑工程设计及降水方案提供一定的参考。
Based on the safety factor of excavation slope and ground subsidence caused by foundation pit dewatering, some characteristics of excavation and precipitation impact on surrounding environment in Nantong sandy land are analyzed. The results show that the building (structure) is located outside the theoretical slip surface of the soil and the excavation of the foundation pit has little effect on the settlement and displacement of the building (structure). After the foundation pit dewatering, the physical and mechanical properties of the soil body have changed, The actual value of slope safety factor is greater than the theoretical value. It can provide certain reference for the design of foundation pit and precipitation plan in the future.
