视觉是人类获取信息的主要渠道,但在我国却有超过1200万的视力障碍者。在当今信息时代,他们的生存与发展,信息资源起着重要的作用。推广信息无障碍,公共图书馆承担着不可推卸的责任。视障阅览室网站,是公共图书馆网站的重要组成部分,是公共图书馆建设中不可或缺的一部分。建设视障阅览室网站,不同于建设普通网站,要注意内容、功能、软硬件环境上的区别,还需要注意除此之外的一些问题。
Visual is the main channel for human information access, but there are over 12 million visually-impaired people in our country. In today’s information age, their survival and development, information resources play an important role. Promote information accessibility, public libraries bear the unshirkable responsibility. The website of the visually impaired reading room is an important part of the public library website and an indispensable part of the public library building.
