应用ANSYS通用程序,对轴压钢管混凝土格构柱进行了有限元参数分析。计算结果表明:除钢材强度、混凝土强度等级以外,钢管混凝土柱肢的含钢率对稳定系数的影响也不可忽略,相同换算长细比的钢管混凝土格构柱,柱肢的含钢率越大,稳定系数越小。借鉴国内钢结构设计规程,在理论推导和工程实例数值分析基础上,给出了综合考虑钢材强度、混凝土强度等级、含钢率的钢管混凝土格构柱稳定计算的材料修正系数γ的计算式,并提供了实用表格以方便查用。算例分析结果表明,材料修正系数γ的计算值与有限元计算结果吻合良好。
The common program of ANSYS is used to analyze the finite element parameters of the axial compression concrete filled steel tubular column. The calculation results show that the influence of steel content on the stability factor of concrete filled steel tubular columns is not negligible except for the strength of steel and the strength of concrete. Steel tubular concrete columns with the same slenderness ratio have higher steel content , The smaller the stability coefficient. On the basis of theoretical derivation and numerical analysis of engineering examples, the formula for calculating the material correction factor γ for the stable calculation of steel tube concrete lattice columns considering steel strength, concrete strength grade and steel content ratio is given. And provide a practical form for easy access. The results of the example analysis show that the calculated value of material correction coefficient γ is in good agreement with the finite element calculation.
