信阳毛尖(豫毛峰)是我国名茶之一,因此必需在发掘总结信阳毛尖传统制造经验的基础上,加以研究提高。通过研究,初步探明了信阳毛尖各级别在初制各工序的技术特点和要求及其对成茶品质的影响,并提出了具有生产实践价值的信阳毛尖制造工艺技术理论及操作技术规程。对发扬和提高信阳毛尖的品质风格具有重要的生产实践意义。
Xinyang Maojian (Yu Mao Feng) is one of China’s famous tea, it is necessary to explore and summarize the traditional manufacturing experience Xinyang Maojian on the basis of research and improvement. Through the research, we have initially ascertained the technical characteristics and requirements of each grade of Xinyang Maojian and the effects on the quality of tea, and put forward the manufacturing technology theory and operation technical regulations of Xinyang Maojian with practical value. It is of great practical significance to carry forward and improve the quality and style of Xinyang Maojian.
