目的 :观察中药复方制剂胃克星对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。方法 :在微循环显微系统下观察用药前、后微动脉直径、毛细血管开放数和血流速度 ,每隔 5min观测 1次上述指标的变化。结果 :空白对照组在滴加去甲肾上腺素后 ,微动脉口径立刻变小 ,几乎收缩成线状 ;随着时间的延长 ,微动脉口径逐渐扩大 ,恢复正常 ;胃克星大剂量组在给于去甲肾上腺素后 ,微动脉口径虽然也变小 ,但在给药 1 5min内收缩的程度比起空白对照组要小得多。胃克星中、大剂量可延缓去甲肾上腺素所引起的毛细血管关闭 ,在给药 5min时可见中、大剂量组毛细血管开放率高于空白对照组。胃克星中、大剂量组血流速度在正常时明显高于空白对照组。结论 :胃克星对正常大鼠由去甲肾上腺素所致的肠系膜微循环障碍具有明显的改善作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Weifuxing, a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation, on mesenteric microcirculation in rats. Methods: The diameter of microarteries, the number of open capillaries, and the velocity of blood flow were observed under the microcirculation microscopy system. The changes of the above indexes were observed every 5 min. RESULTS: After the administration of norepinephrine to the control group, the caliber of the arterioles immediately became smaller and almost contracted into a linear shape; with time, the caliber of the arterioles gradually enlarged and returned to normal; After the administration of norepinephrine, although the caliber of the arterioles became smaller, the degree of contraction within 15 minutes of administration was much smaller than that of the control group. Large doses of gastric nemesis could delay the closure of capillaries caused by norepinephrine. At the time of 5 minutes of administration, the open rate of capillaries in the middle and high dose groups was higher than that in the blank control group. The blood flow velocity in the medium and large doses of gastric necrosis was significantly higher than that in the normal control group. Conclusion :Effective improvement of mesenteric microcirculation caused by norepinephrine in normal rats
