公民意识是指公民个人对自己在国家中地位的自我认识,也就是公民自觉地以宪法和法律规定的基本权利和义务为核心内容,以自己在国家政治生活和社会生活中的主体地位为思想来源,把国家主人的责任感、使命感和权利义务观融为一体的自我认识。它围绕公民的权利与义务关系,反映公民对待个人与国家、个人与社会、个人与他人之间的道德观念、价值取向、行为规范,等等。我校是江苏省落实国务院“智力援藏”精神,创办于1985年的一所专门招收藏族孩子的全日制初级中学。近年来,我校围绕公民意识教育进行
