对两个1.45 W/520nm绿光半导体激光器的输出光束进行整形,再将其聚焦到钛宝石激光晶体上进行抽运,并结合GTI(Gires-Tournois Interferometer)镜对腔内色散给予补偿,实现了稳定的克尔透镜锁模运转,输出脉冲激光的脉宽为91fs,输出功率为208 mW,输出单脉冲能量为1.59nJ;优化腔型参数后,获得的最窄脉宽为82fs;缩短腔长后,获得的最高输出功率为232mW。
