主要介绍往复自旋式电镀金刚石丝锯数控切割机的设计。该装置以气缸为驱动装置 ,步进电机控制丝锯旋转 ,在二维数控工作台上实现对非金属硬脆材料的切割及曲线加工。通过实验 ,探讨了相应的工艺特性。
Mainly introduce reciprocating spin-plating diamond wire saw CNC cutting machine design. The device uses a cylinder as a driving device, a stepping motor controls a wire saw to rotate, and realizes cutting and curve processing on a non-metallic hard and brittle material on a two-dimensional numerical control worktable. Through experiments, the corresponding process characteristics were discussed.
