程控交换机为用户提供了许多新业务功能,其中主要有:恶意追查、缺席服务、遇忙回叫、会议电话等。 提供用户新业务是程控交换机优越性的一个重要方面,为用户提供了多种方便的服务,为我们带来了极大方便,也为通信企业带来了经济效益。新业务开放情况不仅影响功能的正常发挥,有时还影响正常的通话,影响电信企业的社会效益和经济效益。因此管理好新业务是我们电信部门的一项重要工作,应当把它列入议事日程。特别是随着我国程控技术的普遍应用,各种新业务不断扩大运用,将越来越多地进入人们的日常生活,这就更为迫切地要求我们注重和加强新业务管理,使新业务更好地为社会服务。
