目的 探讨野生型 P5 3激活片段 (WAF1 )在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及与肿瘤病理学的相关性。方法 用46例胶质瘤组织及 12例脑外伤组织 RNA逆转录 ,然后用 PCR定量检测 WAF1 m RNA。结果 脑外伤 WAF1 m R-NA全部表达 ,用激光扫描仪检测的总面积及百分面积均大于胶质瘤 ,两者有显著性差异。胶质瘤 WAF1 表达均在病理分级较低级别中。结论 WAF1 的有无表达及定量多少可以作为判断脑胶质瘤恶性程度及预后的一个指标
Objective To investigate the expression of wild type P53 activating fragment (WAF1) in human glioma and its relationship with tumor pathology. Methods The mRNA of WAF1 m RNA was reverse transcribed in 46 glioma tissues and 12 traumatic brain tissues. Results The total expression of WAF1 m R-NA in traumatic brain injury was all higher than that of gliomas detected by laser scanner. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Glioma WAF1 expression in the pathological grade lower level. Conclusion Whether WAF1 is expressed or not can be used as an indicator to judge the malignant degree and prognosis of glioma
